Mondays, Free Community Meditation at State of Yoga

This 45 minute session will begin with some light breath-work to focus the mind, followed by a few brief asanas (postures) to rid the body of excess energy and release stiffness in the body. Afterwards, the teacher will guide the participants through various meditation techniques designed to help invoke a sense of calmness and find peace from the constant fluctuations of the mind.
